1. If I have already obtained the visa, what should I do after arriving at the entry port?
Under Article 22 (1) b Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 44 of 2015, foreigners who wish to enter Indonesia must hold a passport with an expiration date at least 6 (six) months from the date of arrival. You are advised to have the return ticket printed.  Immigration Officer reserves the right to ask for your return ticket at entry.

2.The information on my visa does not fully match the information on my passport. Can I enter Indonesia with this visa?
No, your Visitor Visa is invalid. You must obtain another Visitor Visa.

3. Does the sponsoring company need to implement social security and health insurance?
Yes, social security and health security are proof that employees in Indonesia are protected while working in Indonesia.

4. What are the ways for sponsoring companies to prevent foreigners from having to do an interview with the Ministry of Manpower?
One of the steps to get approval from the Ministry of Manpower is to have an interview with them. The Ministry of Manpower will ask several questions regarding the sponsor of the company that employs the foreigner and the personal documents of the foreigner. The sponsor of the company that employs the position of director such as Director, Commissioner, or Head of Representative needs not to expose with Ministry of Manpower.

5. How long the visa will be valid?
Visa is valid for 90 days after it is issued. The validity period of your visa is different with the duration of your stay.
